Registration Desk and Check-in

Registration check-in will begin on Sunday, July 1st from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the Lobby of the UT Conference Center.  The Registration Desk will also be open each morning of the conference from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.  If you have not pre-registered for the conference, you will be able to pay in cash, check or credit card.  MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover will be accepted.

Low cost student housing in residence halls is available, in addition to the Conference hotels. Please see the conference registration links above for more information and reservations.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Hotel for the IACEP Conference.  All reservations should be made directly with the hotel.

Reservations should be made before June 1, 2007, to be assured of accommodations.  After that date, requests will be filled on a space-available basis.

Payments

Please make registration checks payable to The University of Tennessee in U.S. Dollars drawn only from a U.S. bank.  A Purchase order from a U.S. company or governmental entity is accepted as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you MUST DO SO IN WRITING.  You may fax a cancellation notice to 865-974-0264, or you mail a notice to UT Conferences, c/o IACEP 2007, PO Box 2648, Knoxville, TN  37901.  You may also email your cancellation request to Conferences@utk.edu (be sure and put IACEP 2007 in the Subject line).  If your registration is cancelled on or before June 15, 2007, you will receive a full refund less a $30 processing fee.  If your registration is cancelled on or after June 16, 2007, you will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee.  Any cancellations received after July 1, 2007 will receive no refund.  However, substitutions are welcome at any time, and will incur no processing fees.
